There are a number of easy options available to pay your bill*.
The second page of your bill contains information on customer reference numbers which may be required for your selected payment option.
We understand that from time to time it can be difficult paying your electricity bill. |Credit Card||If you have your Visa or Mastercard ready you can pay now, don’t forget to use your payment Reference Number!|
|Direct Debit||All qualifying products receive extra 3 % discount off usage and daily supply charges. We issue your bill and process your payment 14 days later. You can contact us up to 5 days before the due date to change your arrangements. For easy hassle free payments you can set up direct debit.|
|Electronic Funds Transfer||Our bank account details and your payment Reference Number can be found on your payment slip at the end of your bill.|
|BPAY||The Biller Code and Reference Number are located on the payment slip at the end of your bill.|
|Australia Post||Simply take your bill to any Australia Post and pay with cash, EFTPOS or cheque.|
|Mail a cheque||Pop your payment slip together with a cheque or a money order in the post and send to:

|Bill Smoothing||You can pay your bill in weekly, fortnightly or monthly installments if you are on a bill smoothing plan.
To set up a plan you will need to set up direct debit and contact us to calculate payment installments.
|Centrepay||You can apply for Centrepay payments to be directed towards your electricity bill, all you need to do is fill out the Centrepay form here.|
