How will this impact current Express Solar customers?

Nothing will change in the short term, however we will be contacting Express Solar customers over the next few weeks with the intent of smoothing and improving your solar experience.

Your monthly bills will continue to be sent from Express Solar, note they will have amended payment details.  Further details will be included in your monthly bill.

In the meantime, please enjoy the benefits of the solar system on your roof.

I am on a direct debit arrangement, what do I need to do?

Your direct debit payments to Express Solar will continue but will need to be updated. Further details will be included in your monthly bill.

I've been contacted by VivoPower - how does this work moving forward?

VivoPower is an Australian and international company focused on the sale and installation and provision of small commercial and industrial systems direct to customers. They have written to their customers and informed them that Diamond Energy will provide a new billing service for their Express Solar PPA agreements.

If you have been contacted by VivoPower, you will start to see some newly formatted bills which will set out updated account details for payments and Diamond Energy will be in touch in the near future to arrange a time to install a new electricity meter for your solar installation.
