Verifying your eligibility

To allow us to apply concessions / or rebates to you electricity bill, you will need to fill in your details below including:

  • confirming your details and concession card details, and
  • authorising us to proceed to check with Centrelink/DVA.

This form is required to be filled in if you are:

  • a new customer applying to add an eligible concession / rebate, or
  • have received a concession card and are now applying for a concession to be provided for the first time, or
  • updating your concession card type or details.

We cannot apply concessions / or rebates if we are unable to authorise your eligibility.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be a primary or joint Diamond Energy account holder to be eligible for a concession / or rebate (the name on your electricity bill must match the name on your concession card).
