Moving original

Moving in? We’ll get you connected smoothly.

  1. Try and give us at least 3 business days notice.
  2. Sign up online – remember to select “Power Turn On” in the online form.
  3. Include date for power turn on – we recommend at least one day before you move in.

Power turn on will normally occur sometime between 7am and 6pm.

Moving out?

Contact us here or call during business hours (1300 838 009) with:

  1. Your account number and address.
  2. Requested date for final meter read – try and give us at least 3 business days.
  3. Details of any access issues you may have with your meter (eg. locked gate, restricted access, unrestrained animals, other).
  4. Details of your new address and best contact details.
  5. Remember to sign up online to connect your new property – we’ll look after you with a great offer even if you don’t have solar!

Just call during business hours (1300 838 009) and we’ll help connect or disconnect you as quickly as possible – note, additional charges may apply.
